Join Our Team

We’re building Studio Giddy Up to stay nimble, curious and collaborative — a studio where strong ideas can come from anywhere and the best work is created together.

Our goal is to build stronger brands by bringing the right people around the table, whether that’s our internal team, trusted contractors or agency partners. We care deeply about creating an environment where people feel seen, their perspective is valued, and they have room to contribute beyond the boundaries of a job title.

We’re always interested in meeting talented designers, developers, strategists, marketers, photographers, writers and other creative specialists, as well as agencies looking for a trusted partner to complement their own capabilities.

If our approach sounds like your kind of thing, reach out. Even if we don’t have the perfect opening today, we’d love to know you.

CLIENT DELIVERY LEAD

Part-Time · Remote · Canada

Studio Giddy Up is looking for a Client Delivery Lead to own the day-to-day client experience and help keep our projects moving from kickoff through delivery.

This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who is equal parts relationship-builder, project leader and strategic thinker. You don't need to be a brand strategist, but you should be naturally curious, commercially aware and able to understand the bigger objective behind the work — not simply manage a task list.

You'll act as the primary point of contact across active client accounts, keeping clients informed, teams aligned, and timelines, scope and budgets on track.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Own day-to-day client relationships across projects and retainers

  • Lead client meetings, kickoffs, status calls and regular check-ins

  • Translate client conversations into clear briefs, actions and direction for the internal team

  • Own project timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables

  • Coordinate designers, developers, marketers and contractors to keep work moving

  • Monitor project hours and budgets in Harvest and flag risks early

  • Manage expectations around scope, timelines, approvals and client responsibilities

  • Ask thoughtful questions and ensure execution remains connected to the client's business goals

  • Identify potential roadblocks before they become problems

  • Spot opportunities where Studio Giddy Up could provide additional value to our clients

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

You likely have 3–5+ years of experience in project management, account management, client services or a similar client-facing role — ideally within a creative, digital or marketing agency.

You'll be a strong fit if you're:

  • Exceptionally organized and comfortable managing multiple projects at once

  • A confident, thoughtful communicator who enjoys working directly with clients

  • Proactive and naturally inclined to take ownership

  • Comfortable managing scope, budgets and sometimes difficult client conversations

  • Strategic enough to ask why, not just what's next

  • Commercially aware and understand the connection between scope, resources and profitability

  • Comfortable working with multidisciplinary creative and technical teams

  • Familiar with tools like Notion, Harvest or similar project management platforms

Experience with branding, websites, ecommerce or marketing is an asset, but you don't need to be the specialist in every discipline. Your strength is making sure the right people have the right information to do great work.

ABOUT STUDIO GIDDY UP:
